职位描述:

EUV Customer Service (CS) technician responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades and routine maintenance (PM) of EUV production machines at customer sites, ensuring system availability, yield and safety compliance, and providing real-time status reporting and knowledge transfer.

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades and routine maintenance (PM) of EUV production machines at customer sites
Ensure system availability, yield and safety compliance
Provide real-time status reporting and knowledge transfer
Execute verification, repair, hardware replacement and installation of ASML systems
Ensure necessary knowledge transfer
Work within specified instructions, handle common exceptions and make appropriate judgments in similar situations
Confirm priorities and plans with senior engineers/supervisors, complete procedures and check results with limited supervision
Participate in feedback processes and continuous improvement activities (CI)
Perform service actions and regular PM including basic actions (DGA swap, Tin reload, etc.) and advanced actions (IF cap cleaning, collector swap, etc.)
Perform daily/shift, weekly, monthly/quarterly system health checks, visual inspections, consumable life tracking, cleaning, subsystem checks, filter replacement, calibration/alignment checks, performance verification
Execute leak checks, functional tests, recipe health checks after PM/service
Complete forms, report deviations and spare parts consumption
Provide administrative support and compliance
Perform perfect material return (PMR) and spare parts serial number/hour tracking
Follow cleanroom specifications, safety and PIP specifications, implement LOTO and 2-person rule
Complete maintenance/upgrades/maintenance according to SOP/WI
Perform basic troubleshooting and support machine recovery
Maintain up-to-date understanding of processes and procedures
Actively consult and learn from senior engineers
Identify damaged/lost materials and report
Ensure intellectual property and tool security
Propose process improvement suggestions
Participate in CI and root cause analysis (RCA)
Submit material notifications, witness reports and other feedback documents with high quality
Complete handover
Provide oral/written updates on system progress and risks
Maintain professional image

要求:

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Other technical backgrounds
0-1 year, 2-3 years work experience
Hardware hands-on skills or relevant practical experience
Attention to detail and discipline
Ability to work in a variable and challenging environment with multitasking
Chinese and English communication and documentation skills
Accept cultural differences, good teamwork spirit and self-motivation
Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in U.S. Export Administration Regulations
