Driftledare for Customer Experience at IKEA Västerås, responsible for leading and developing the customer experience function including Cash, Entrance, Småland & Customer Service departments

Jobbansvar:

Operational responsibility for all departments within Customer Experience function
Staffing stations with colleagues
Ensuring colleagues have the right conditions to provide excellent customer experience
Coaching colleagues
Handling customer matters
Technical support and corrections
Daily staffing management
Resource allocation and rotation planning

Krav:

Passionate customer focus
Leadership development skills
Ability to develop and motivate others
Takes initiative and responsibility
Open, direct and honest communication style
Basic computer skills
Experience with Office package
Swedish and English proficiency in speech and writing
