Som Business Support hos oss på Academic Work får du en nyckelroll där din insats gör skilnad varje dag! Du får en varierande vardag som sträcker sig från den interna driften av kontoret till rekryteringssupport. Du samarbetar nära mig som kontorschef och stöttar operativt där det behövs och blir därmed avgörande för att vi tillsammans ska uppnå våra mål!

Jobbansvar:

  • Vara kontorets ansikte utåt: Ta emot och ge service till kunder, konsulter, kandidater och kollegor på kontoret
  • Driften av kontoret: Ansvara för leverantörskontakter och inköp av kontorsmaterial och annat som behövs i vardagen
  • Administrativt stöd: Förbereda material och presentationer inför möten samt hantera faktura- och löneunderlag
  • Rekryteringsstöd: Avlasta vårt rekryteringsteam med allt från säkerhetsprövningar till uppsökande rekrytering (sourcing)

Krav:

  • Examen från utbildning inom personal/HR, ekonomi eller organisation/ledarskap
  • Tidigare erfarenhet från serviceyrke eller försäljning
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska, både i tal och i skrift
  • B-körkort
