Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kundbemötande via telefon och/eller digitala kanaler, med hög servicegrad
Erfarenhet av IT-support och vana att felsöka, analysera och lösa tekniska problem
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ärendehanteringssystem (gärna Salesforce) och är trygg i att registrera, klassificera och följa upp ärenden
Erfarenhet av Business Central/RMA och arbete med support- och returprocesser
Flytande svenska i tal samt mycket goda kunskaper i skrift
Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift

Jobbansvar

Hantera ärenden som spänner från enklare användarfrågor till avancerad teknisk felsökning
Samarbeta med interna avdelningar såsom R&D, försäljning, eftermarknad och projektledning för att lösa problem och förbättra kundlösningar
Dokumentera och följa upp ärenden i ärendehanteringssystem samt bidra till kunskapsdatabas och förbättrade rutiner
Ge professionell support via telefon och webb till slutanvändare och kundansvariga
Fungera som första linjens support till kunder samt som andra linjens stöd till kollegor i våra systerbolag
Säkerställa en effektiv ärendehantering och bidra till en förstklassig kundupplevelse

Facilitate the invoicing process and be responsible for overdue debt clearance (including direct liaison and management of overdue debt resolution with customers)
To support customer / change negotiations and implementation including analysis of data and pricing
Ability to integrate with internal processes and departments to highlight commercial issues to the program
Support the interface with the business to highlight contractual obligations to its customers in order to avoid breach of such obligations
Co-ordination of Commercial communication to and from internal and external customers
