Logistics team member responsible for the entire process of moving IKEA products from when they arrive at our warehouse to customers' homes. Part of the outflow department ensuring good customer experience.

Responsabilidades:

Outflow logistics operations
Product movement from warehouse to customer homes
Ensuring good customer experience

Requisitos:

Interest in learning about retail operations, inventory management and logistics systems
Common sense to make decisions based on clear analysis of available information
Aptitude for working at tactical and operational levels, as well as implementing and optimizing processes
Enjoy working in teams and establishing trust-based relationships through clear and objective communication
Motivation to deal with customers and ensure the best possible shopping experience
Entrepreneurial spirit to find new ways of doing things that add value to the team and business in the omnichannel operation context
