Opis stanowiska:

Join Biedronka on the position of Zastępca Kierownika Sklepu to undertake key responsibilities and grow within one of the largest retail chains in Poland.

Obowiązki:

Planning and organizing the work of the team
customer service at the cash register and sales area
ensuring availability and proper display of goods and store functioning
handling orders
preparing and displaying price labels
maintaining order in the store and its premises

Wymagania:

Experience in coordinating a team
communicative, independent, and proactive
goal-oriented in sales achievement
ready for physical work on 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and on weekends
engaged and collaborative spirit
