Opis stanowiska:

Deputy Store Manager position in one of 3400 Biedronka stores. Work for a stable company, the largest employer in Poland, and develop with us. We offer employment contract without probation period and exceptional benefits package.

Obowiązki:

Planning and organizing team work
Providing professional customer service
Store operation according to procedures and standards
Order fulfillment
Responsibility for product availability and merchandise display
Preparation and placement of correct price labels
Ensuring cleanliness standards in and around the store
Minimizing losses through analysis and proper procedures
Customer information about products
Cash register operation
Store documentation
Inventory control
Receiving deliveries

Wymagania:

Experience in team management
Experience in trade/commerce
Customer service skills
Organizational skills
