Lider Nurtu - Product Owner

• Leading and participating in projects and business initiatives related to building and revitalizing sales and service fronts for the sales network
• Collaborating with business clients (sales, product, and service departments) to identify and model business processes, verifying their completeness, correctness, and efficiency
• Overseeing the process of implementing changes in IT systems or business services within the given business stream for all business clients in the distribution area, especially by preparing and agreeing on annual implementation schedules, producing materials necessary for obtaining management decisions
• Analyzing and preparing business requirements for created or modified functionalities
• Implementing new and optimizing current processes for supporting the sales network in property insurance sales
• Collaborating with technology and business areas to deliver products defined within business/technological projects and initiatives according to the schedule
• Reporting work progress in coordinated areas and initiatives

• Min. 3 years practical experience in leading implementation tests, application maintenance, and implementing business initiatives
• Higher education
• Experience in business-system analysis area
• Knowledge of business issues in managing sales processes across different distribution channels
• Knowledge of sales systems and property products, preferably knowledge of the Everest system in product-sales area
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile
• Knowledge of methods for implementing process and procedure changes
