Job involves supervision and coordination of customer verification activities in accordance with legal, regulatory and procedural requirements.

Obowiązki:

Supervision and coordination of customer verification activities in accordance with legal, regulatory and BHW procedure requirements
Ensuring proper KYC process flow through analysis of newly opened reviews, assignment of records to team members for execution
Supporting superiors in process improvement activities
Motivating employees to proactive actions aimed at increasing service efficiency and promotion of operational areas
Ensuring the highest quality of customer service (accuracy, timeliness) in supporting external and internal customers, Bank Advisors in preparing documentation while maintaining compliance with applicable procedures and BH guidelines
Supporting other operational processing units within POBT Olsztyn
Controls within the MCA process
Quality indicator control
Ensuring effective communication and information on achieved results in the management of operational processes and risk

Wymagania:

Experience in document assessment, account management and related products
Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Ability to work proactively in a team and independently
Ability to learn quickly and high scrupulousness
Knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act
Knowledge of the Commercial Companies Code
Willingness to learn about many products in a dynamic work environment
Completed higher education preferred
