Store Manager position at Biedronka, working in a stable company as Poland's largest employer, managing a team of approximately 20 people in one of 3400 stores

Obowiązki:

Managing a team of approximately 20 people
Motivating and developing your team and recruiting new employees
Store operation according to procedures and standards
Achieving sales goals and loss optimization
Providing professional customer service
Responsibility for product availability and merchandise display

Wymagania:

Experience in team management in trade, service or gastronomy industry
Independent and proactive in action
Communicative
Focused on achieving sales goals and loss optimization
Ready to learn new things and develop competencies
