Opis stanowiska:

The position entails managing a Biedronka store team, achieving sales targets, minimizing losses, ensuring proper store operations, customer service, and participating in physical store tasks. Candidates must have team management experience, communication skills, and a willingness to work physically and in shifts.

Obowiązki:

Managing the store team – scheduling, motivating, and developing
Collaborating closely with Assistant Managers and the Operations and Sales Manager
Achieving sales objectives and minimizing losses
Ensuring product availability and store operations align with procedures and standards
Stocking products and maintaining proper display
Cleaning tasks within and around the store
Customer service at the cash register and on the sales floor.

Wymagania:

Experience in managing a team
Communication skills, independence, and proactivity
Goal-oriented regarding sales objectives
Willingness to perform physical work and work in a shift system (including weekends and holidays)
Minimum secondary education
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Engagement and a collaborative attitude.
