Job Description:

Technology consultant role delivering professional services to customers at various stages of product adoption using HPE Zerto Software. Part of a collaborative team that delivers successful customer outcomes and positive financial results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a technology consultant and deliver professional services to customers at various stages of product adoption
  • Use HPE Zerto Software knowledge to guide customers to install, configure, manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot the product
  • Create or modify existing content for internal and customer usage
  • Stay updated on HPE Zerto Software features and functions as new versions are released
  • Use a solution-oriented approach that focuses on resolving issues collaboratively
  • Determine when to exercise independent judgment and when to consult with others
  • Take ownership of delivering and documenting results
  • Consistently communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on the progress of service delivery
  • Own and deliver services to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Work with customers globally, occasionally requiring time-zone flexibility
  • Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to customer sites
  • Occasionally act as a project lead and direct other consultants

Requirements:

  • Mastery of one of the platforms that HPE Zerto Software runs on: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Experience with either Azure or AWS Compute and Storage products such as Virtual Machines, EC2, Blob Storage, and S3
  • Understanding of core compute, storage, and networking principles
  • Experience using the command line to troubleshoot network connectivity on a Linux OS
  • Strong history of either providing support or consulting services for an enterprise software product
  • Experience installing, configuring, and managing a disaster recovery or backup product, or guiding customers on this
  • Understanding of core disaster recovery principles
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to listen and learn from others
  • Live in the US, preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zone
  • 5+ years of experience with one of the platforms that HPE Zerto Software runs on
  • 2+ years of experience with a disaster recovery or backup product

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years of experience with either Azure or AWS Compute and Storage products such as Virtual Machines, EC2, Blob Storage, and S3
  • 2+ years of experience providing consultative services for HPE Zerto Software, such as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect
