Year 3/4 SEN Teaching Assistant

• Working closely with pupils who present additional behavioural needs
• Building positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
• Supporting a Year 3/4 class on a full-time basis

• Have experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD and Autism / ASD
• Be confident managing challenging behaviour in a primary school setting
• Be patient, nurturing and resilient
• Work well as part of a team and follow behaviour strategies consistently
• Ideally have previous experience in KS2 (Year 3/4), though this is not essential
