Job Description:

We are seeking a strong Yardi analyst with excellent communication skills to support and enhance our organization’s Yardi processes. This role involves training non-technical end users, documenting workflows, and providing hands-on support for Yardi functionality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, patient, and able to explain complex system features in a clear, user-friendly manner. While prior formal training experience is not required, the candidate must have an interest in becoming a trainer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Yardi
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, create instructional materials, and develop clear workflow documentation for end users
  • Troubleshoot Yardi issues, manage configurations and permissions, and provide day-to-day application support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, optimize Yardi workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Assist with Yardi upgrades, migrations, and Rent Café rollouts
  • contribute to training plans and user adoption strategies
  • Work closely with IT teams, property management staff, and finance teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Yardi Technical Trainer, Business Analyst, System Administrator, or Super User
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation, requirements gathering, and end-user support
  • Exposure to property management software such as RealPage, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Training/documentation capabilities are a plus
