Job Responsibility:

  • Promote the value of Workspace, including Gemini, to acquire new customers and expand adoption across various sectors (Enterprise, Corporate, Education, Government)
  • Own the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing agreements, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and IT decision-makers within target organizations
  • Collaborate with other Account teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers) and company Partners to identify and develop new business opportunities and maximize results
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of the Workspace and Gemini, and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in sales in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese business landscape and culture
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop product/solution messaging and value propositions
  • Business-level Japanese language skills for effective communication with external and internal stakeholders
  • Business-level English language skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders

  • Set quotation preparation priorities and escalate issues in a timely manner
