This role is also open to experienced Senior Technicians who are eager to develop and progress into a leadership position. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where your organisational skills and ability to communicate clearly will make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and organising incoming work
  • Assigning tasks to Vehicle Technicians
  • Managing time and resources effectively
  • Maximising productivity and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Motor Trade, ideally in a Workshop or Senior Technician role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A full, valid UK driving licence
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high standards

  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar supervisory role in a commercial vehicle or HGV environment
  • A working technical understanding of vehicles in order to clearly explain repairs or additional repairs to customers
