At our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Beaconsfield, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our outstanding team. We're looking for a Workshop Controller to join our close-knit, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where your input makes a real difference, every single day. You’ll be working with a talented group of individuals, in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and assigning work to a small but busy team of Vehicle Technicians
  • Supporting day-to-day workshop planning and making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Managing time and resources to ensure we meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Helping the team stay productive, supported, and motivated

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the Motor Trade, ideally from a Bodyshop or Senior Technician background
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence
