Job Responsibility:

Bring learning to life — creating and delivering practical, inclusive training that empowers employees of all abilities to thrive at work
Deliver hands-on vocational skills and personal development sessions to inspire growth and confidence
Collaborate with external RTOs to support specialist training and traineeships

Requirements:

Cert IV TAE40116 (Trainer & Assessor) or suitable equivalent
5+ years' experience in learning design/delivery
Experience (or willingness to learn) working alongside people with disability
A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel
Ideally experienced and capable of delivering accredited training in: First Aid & CPR, Construction Industry White Card, Food Safety, Chem Smart / Weed Control, Chainsaw, or willing to obtain
