As Workplace Operations Leader in King of Prussia, you will be securing office routines and administration matters in the safest, most cost efficient, simple, timely and effective way and while ensuring compliance to policies and regulations. You will proactively identify areas for improvement based on understanding of business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Secure compliant, efficient, cost-conscious office routines and procedures including workplace maintenance and development
  • responsible for operational safety and security of the office – including travel
  • responsible for operational supplier management - both vendor and contract management
  • establish and secure the administration financial budget and cost, continuously using resources in an optimal way
  • manage relations with external authorities in cooperation with other IKEA units, securing legal compliance for workplace operations within SA locations
  • continuously work with improvements and actively participate in Workplace Operations Matrix
  • be a member of the Legal Unit Management team together with the Company Representative and representatives from People & Culture Operations and Finance Performance & Operations
