From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! We’re looking for a Workplace Generalist to join our San Francisco hub and play a critical role in shaping an exceptional in-office experience for Figmates and visitors. • Proven experience managing vendors, workplace programs, and day-to-day facilities operations, with a solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, including the ability to clearly document processes and prioritize competing requests
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership, exercising sound judgment, and contributing to an inclusive and supportive workplace experience
