Workplace Facility Coordinator

• Lead, coordinate, develop and follow up on the deliveries of Facility Services
• Secure functionality and quality to maximize support to the core business
• Ensure all services deliver high quality every day
• Keep all areas in buildings neat and clean
• Be the link between business and property owner for indoor environment maintenance and outdoor areas
• Responsible for Cleaning, Fika, Office Supplies, Coffee machines, Green plants

• Education and/or experience within the area of Facility Management or similar
• Ability to identify and develop goals and measurements in line with agreements
• Keen eye for detail and quality
• Good digital knowledge and see opportunities in digitalised and automated solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong service and quality focus
• Problem solving, prioritizing and structure skills in a cost-conscious way
• Ability to work with both hands on as well as more tactical and pro-active planning
• Team player with good analytical skills and high ability to coordinate
