We are looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of office services and delivering outstanding customer service to employees and guests. The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as you will be working in a formal, onsite environment five days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and well-stocked
Welcome guests with a friendly and attentive attitude, acting as the first point of contact for visitors
Process invoices and reconcile credit card expenses with precision and attention to detail
Coordinate parking validations promptly, ensuring smooth experiences for visitors
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to handle administrative tasks efficiently
Order and manage deliveries, such as Instacart, to maintain office inventory
Maintain appropriate dress standards and contribute to the overall organized environment
Assist with expense reporting and vendor management
Support onboarding processes for new hires and ensure compliance with office procedures
Maintain clear communication with team members and external suppliers to address concerns or complaints effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing, detail-oriented role, such as receptionist or administrative assistant
High school diploma is required
an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented attitude are essential
Strong attention to detail and dependability in handling administrative tasks
Experience working in a structured, detail-oriented environment
Customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Ability to adhere to dress codes and maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
