Job Description:

We are looking for an Apprentice Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Paris office and contribute to delivering a seamless, people-focused workplace experience. You will work closely with the Global Workplace Manager and a global team to ensure that the office runs smoothly, remains welcoming, efficient, and aligned with our global Workplace standards. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of workplace experience and facility management in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Paris office to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment
  • Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, common areas, and workplace equipment
  • Handle workplace requests and ticketing (maintenance, small repairs, deliveries)
  • Coordinate with cleaning, security, and facility vendors and follow up on service quality
  • Welcome visitors, candidates, and new joiners and support onboarding setups
  • Assist with internal events and local employee engagement initiatives
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and support basic budget tracking
  • Help maintain compliance documentation and support basic health & safety checks
