We're looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Talent Program initiatives at mobile.de. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic People team, working across various talent programs that we're developing and delivering. As part of our team, you'll contribute to activating our talent programs with various employee audiences, help develop engaging learning & development activities and support the coordination of important People Leader events such as our Quarterly People Leader Day and monthly People Leader sessions. Initially, you'll also provide support in our recruitment operations though this aspect of the role will evolve as we transition to a new hiring system with enhanced capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Help develop and facilitate learning & development activities and programs, including working with an exciting new learning tool
Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources
Help facilitate and coordinate onsite People Leader events, including our quarterly People Leader Day and monthly People Leader sessions
Support event logistics, preparation, and follow-up activities
Contribute to creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our leaders
Assist with hiring operations and TA projects
Help maintain recruitment documentation and support a smooth candidate experience
Support the activation of our employer brand across LinkedIn, social media, and other external channels
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Ideally previous work experience in a fast paced technology company (internship, working student role, or project work) within a HR/People function
Available to work 15-20 hours per week and be present in our Berlin HQ (Charlottenburg)
Detail-oriented with strong self-organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating great experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders
Ability to take initiative and independently seek out solutions
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Comfortable working with digital tools, and learning new systems
Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive and self-driven, with a can-do attitude
Collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders
Curious learner who is eager to develop skills in the talent space
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Comfortable with change and excited about supporting process improvements
Excited about the use and augmentation of AI, with a familiarity to various applications of AI in the world of work
