Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of our Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, ensuring they are configured correctly and continuously improved
Ensure that our time and absence processes are fully compliant with German labor law
Collaborate closely with HR to support time-related data flows and system integrations
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide expert guidance on system-related topics
Manage Workday releases, testing cycles, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements
Support reporting, audits, and process optimization initiatives to continuously improve our setup
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking (Workday certifications in these modules are a strong plus)
Experience working in German companies, ideally in larger environments with 1,000+ employees
Solid understanding of German labor law, particularly in relation to working time and absence regulations
Experience working closely with Payroll and HR teams and understanding the importance of clean data and smooth collaboration
Analytical thinking and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to challenges
Fluent in English
German skills are a strong advantage
