Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional HR/People Systems Analyst to drive our people systems roadmap and execution, focusing on system configuration, process automation, and optimizing HR/people systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and articulate a vision for HR/people systems aligning with business objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements and technology roadmaps
  • Lead the technical configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities within HR/people systems
  • Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and health checks
  • Design and implement automated solutions across HR systems leveraging integration tools
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to define integration strategies for HR technology platforms
  • Improve employee and manager self-service capabilities by optimizing system features
  • Design and implement intuitive system navigation and workflows
  • Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions within HR systems
  • Partner with HR, IT, and finance teams to define technical specifications and manage systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on techno-functional roles
  • Expertise in configuring and optimizing a major HR/People Systems platform (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, etc). Certification in relevant systems is a plus
  • Proven experience in process automation and workflow design within HR systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive self-service initiatives and improve user experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving work independently and identifying opportunities for improvement without explicit direction.

Nice to have:

  • Certification in relevant systems
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions directly within or integrated with HR/people systems.
