The Workforce Intelligence & Talent Acquisition (WITA) Solutions Workday Business Analyst will support the execution of a holistic recruitment transformation strategy and drive technology initiatives to support a best-in-class recruiting organization. The role involves global recruitment ecosystem maintenance and optimization, enhancing recruitment technologies, providing actionable insights, and implementing system upgrades and vendor integrations.
Job Responsibility:
Create and execute complex business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, and communicate clearly with development teams
evaluate existing recruitment end to end experience and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiency
lead & collaborate in simultaneous global system enhancements and new vendor incubation from inception through implementation
provide actionable insights and evaluate new ideas regarding overall recruitment technology ecosystem
collaborate and utilize strategic reporting data requests to drive dashboard development and operational decision making
exposure to global metrics function and utilizing recruitment metrics for improvement
function autonomously as a change agent for recruitment systems initiatives
act as a resource for existing platforms & process methodologies
facilitate change management and document UAT strategy, plan, and scripts
develop and design standards and procedures
ensure quality and consistency of processes across the organization
appropriately assess risks when business decisions are made.
Requirements:
6-10 years HR technology experience or experience leading large scale transformational, global change
experience with instance of Workday recruitment in a global environment, along with downstream vendor integrations to support the recruitment process
experience with Early Careers recruitment programs, including understanding operational processes
experience with Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) process and controls
be able to work diligently with process owners on 'as is' process documentation and execution
relevant & demonstrable experience/involvement with evaluation of new and existing tools within the recruitment ecosystem, with emphasis on candidate & end-user experience enhancements
experience of developing and executing requirements, managing multiple stakeholders, preventing scope-creep, and managing milestones
in-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes
thorough understanding of end-to-end testing processes, Quality Center, and other testing related tools
requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.
