Job Description:

Inetum is hiring a Windows System Administrator (Mid-Level) to join our infrastructure team and help manage the installation, performance, security, and stability of Windows-based systems.

Job Responsibility:

Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows Server operating systems and system tools
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability across environments
Apply security patches, manage user access, and support vulnerability remediation (in coordination with the Security team)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS-level issues, escalating when needed
Develop basic automation scripts using PowerShell or Ansible to reduce manual tasks
Support end-users and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents efficiently
Maintain system documentation and contribute to process improvement efforts

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in Windows system administration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and related technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS
Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g. DHCP, load balancing)
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation principles
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and performance improvement
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)

Nice to have:

Experience with SolarWinds or other monitoring platforms
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware)
Basic knowledge of Azure environments
Understanding of ITIL practices (incident/change management)
