Windchill Technical Lead

• Install and configure Windchill software components, including Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink, and other related modules
• Set up and maintain databases, application servers, and other infrastructure components required for Windchill
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and backups
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability
• Implement and enforce security policies and access controls to protect sensitive product data
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Optimize system performance by tuning configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and IT personnel, to support product development processes
• Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations to newer Windchill versions
• Patch updates, data center migration, Vault maintenance, Cluster, SSO, SSL setup, File server configurations
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures
• Maintain the LDAP and Adaptors to connect windchill with the active directory of Client
• Build and deployment process for the Project using devops methodologies (CICD, GIT, GITHUB, GIT Flow)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Windchill System Administrator or in a similar role
• Sound knowledge on Windchill architecture
• Experience in working with Windchill 9, 10, 11 and 12 versions
• Strong knowledge of Windchill PLM software and related technologies
• Proficiency in system administration of Windows and/or Linux servers
• Familiarity with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Having knowledge on GITHub Actions, YAML scripting is an advantage
