Job Description:

To build and execute the Princess Polly Wholesale strategy, delivering brand DNA, alignment to Ecomm, brand exposure, and YoY growth revenue. Oversee Wholesale operations ensuring streamlined delivery of monthly and seasonal collections, creating lasting and mutually beneficial retailer partnerships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the Princess Polly Wholesale Team to achieve business and customer objectives
  • Develop and execute the Wholesale Merchandise Strategy in partnership with the CMO, RMD, VP Planning, and Wholesale Manager
  • Build customer-based growth plans and long-term strategic initiatives that drive sales, margin, and brand alignment
  • Ensure all strategic activities align with company goals and key business moments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reporting and analysis for internal teams and wholesale partners
  • Review performance of Wholesale Accounts against merchandise targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales, demand, and inventory needs, supporting sell-through and profitability goals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Oversee the curation of monthly and quarterly collections for each wholesale customer, considering seasonality, trend, and demographic
  • Partner with the Wholesale Manager and Buying Team to ensure assortments are commercially relevant and aligned to customer needs
  • Manage the Wholesale Critical Path and Selling Calendar to ensure on-time execution across departments
  • Support the alignment of product flow and delivery cadence to customer timelines and trading moments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, ensuring alignment on strategy and expectations
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Buying, and Planning to deliver seamless end-to-end execution and positive customer outcomes
  • Act as a key contact between wholesale partners and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize results

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Management
  • Strength in Strategic Planning, Analysis, Customer Relationships, & Collaboration
