WhatsApp & Email Specialist

• WhatsApp program coordination: Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization
• Infrastructure & reputation management: Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance
• Performance optimization: Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments
• Special project leadership: Execute high-impact projects focused on email and WhatsApp initiatives, including global deliverability improvements, system integrations, and evaluation of new marketing technologies
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing teams, Marketing operations, Analytics, and others to ensure seamless WhatsApp campaign delivery and achievement of business objectives
• Strategic analysis & reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on WhatsApp performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive program improvements and business growth

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Proficiency in HubSpot and HubSpot marketing automations (workflows) is highly advantageous
• High level of proficiency in English
• Experience with deliverability, compliance, and reputation management is a plus
