West Region Community Affairs Lead

• Serve as strategic lead and expert in community affairs, relations and engagement
• Support brand awareness, membership retention and growth
• Support CVS Health Enterprise in localizing initiatives at the community level

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior leadership across the Enterprise
• Lead efforts to reply substantively to RFPs/Finalist Presentation requests
• Research and suggest appropriate marketing opportunities
• Develop and deploy tactics that are repeatable, scalable, measurable, engaging
• Establish and maintain not-for-profit and for-profit community partnerships
• Ability to manage key internal and external partners
• Serve as a thought-leader with local organizations
• Effectively manage and influence local social media efforts
• Available evenings and weekends as needed
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Bachelors degree preferably in marketing, business or health-related
