Job Description:

Education Supply Pool are currently recruiting for Welsh speaking newly qualified teachers/ student teachers to begin work for Caerphilly and surrounding areas, on a supply basis immediately. Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement.

Requirements:

  • Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
  • Have experience of teaching within the UK
  • Fluent in Welsh
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
  • Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
  • Maintain necessary assessment of pupils
  • Be able to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Be adaptable and reliable
  • To apply for the above position all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
