Job Description:

Portico is now hiring for a Welcome Host (Corporate Security Concierge), that will be based in the London offices of one of a world renown Bank! Our Concierge will leave all guests and colleagues with a positive and lasting impression of the bank as a market leader in visitor experience and service excellence, ensuring that the highest level of customer care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders in the clients’ business. In this varied role, the Concierge will assist the bank’s staff across all areas of the Welcome Services. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, can build strong working relationships. They will be comfortable to take ownership of a range of tasks and consistently deliver five-star customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid SIA license or be comfortable obtaining one
