Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring a part-time Welcome Desk Agent to provide guests with the 'W' experience. This involves delivering a wide range of services, focusing on loyalty, and ensuring a memorable and unique stay for guests. The role requires experience in a similar role and with Opera property management system, strong grooming and presentation skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for a rotating roster is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Provide guests with the 'W' experience
Surprise and delight guests at every moment
Focus on Loyalty and Guest Service

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Experience with Opera property management system
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
Energised in a fast-paced environment
Excellent grooming and presentation skills
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
