Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring a Part-Time Welcome Desk Agent. This role involves providing guests with a memorable and unique experience while delivering exceptional guest service. The role focuses on welcoming guests, utilizing smart solutions, and maintaining a high standard of grooming and presentation.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Providing guests with the 'W' experience and moments of surprise and delight
Focusing on loyalty and exceptional guest service

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Experience with Opera property management system
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
Energised in a fast-paced environment
Excellent grooming and presentation skills
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
