Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Receptionists to cover weekend shifts at the Urgent Care Centre in Lewisham. This is a busy, patient-facing role ideal for candidates with healthcare experience who are looking for flexible weekend work.

Job Responsibility:

Welcoming and checking in patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Managing patient records and updating the system accurately
Answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently
Liaising with clinical staff to support patient flow
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and appointment bookings

Requirements:

Experience using EMIS clinical system
Active Smart Card
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in a healthcare setting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
