Job Description:

We are seeking a Website QA Specialist to support our client with project-based quality assurance for custom WordPress websites. This role will follow a hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX, and will involve reviewing websites across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile to ensure flawless functionality and an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of front-end usability, design consistency, and cross-device performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform comprehensive QA reviews of websites prior to launch, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency across devices
  • Validate front-end elements, including navigation, layout, responsiveness, and interactive components
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to identify and resolve issues before deployment
  • Document findings and provide actionable feedback to ensure a polished final product

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in website QA or Web Project Management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness in testing
  • Strong understanding of front-end functionality and user experience best practices
  • Proficiency in QA testing across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile platforms
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp or similar)
  • Working knowledge of browsers and device compatibility considerations

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with WordPress environments (front-end focus
