Own the day-to-day implementation, quality control, and maintenance of content in WordPress, ensuring every publication meets WIS standards across formatting, layout, accuracy, and workflow compliance — while supporting multiple departments with content execution and continuous process improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage content within WordPress, including uploading, formatting, and updating pages as needed
Reviewing and resolving layout errors and ensure that the layout of publications is up to WIS standards
Reviewing content uploads and providing feedback on published content, ensuring that uploading standards are followed
Working on various content implementation tasks that are given by multiple departments within the company
Performing ranking updates on a daily and monthly basis
Reporting bugs to the DEV/QA team and track progress
Providing feedback and input on how workflows can be improved
Maintain and update documentation - handbooks, manuals and SOPs
Participate in testing phases when projects are about to be launched
Communicating with other departments to work on different projects and tasks
Ensuring content quality is reached by evaluating tasks, projects and goals worked on
Working independently on departmental goals
Requirements:
Excellent eye for detail
Strong Communication and People Skills
Ability to work in a team
Efficient time management
Ability to adapt to regular changes in workflows due to the fast past industry
Keen interest in the iGaming industry
Nice to have:
Understanding of German (written and spoken) is beneficial
WordPress Knowledge
Ability to work on different CMS tools
Basic HTML knowledge
