Webflow Developer

• Act as a bridge between technology, design, and marketing, playing a key role in evolving the company's online presence and ensuring the website is always up-to-date, functional, and optimized for all devices and touchpoints
• Implement new features and improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and market trends
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure website security
• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, focusing on conversion and user experience
• Support in defining and implementing the product and company marketing strategy

• At least 3 years of experience as Webflow Developer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including creating responsive layouts, using the integrated CMS, crafting interactions and animations without code, and managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of website management and structured builds ( including style guides, global classes, reusable components, naming conventions, and best practices for scalability and maintainability)
• Advanced skills in writing and editing HTML and CSS to customize designs and optimize websites for various screen sizes
• Solid JavaScript skills, including custom scripts, manipulating the DOM, and integrating APIs
• Proficiency with GSAP animations, the ideal candidate will be able to go beyond Webflow’s native interactions to build custom, smooth, and performant animations when required
• Basic knowledge of SEO practices to implement them in Webflow projects
• Experience in DNS configuration for website management and maintenance
• Fundamentals of UI and UX design are a plus
