Job Description:

We are looking for a Webflow Developer & Designer who will work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and design, turning brand ideas into visually clear solutions and tangible business results. This position is ideal for someone who: Is eager to take ownership of site architecture and maintain visual consistency; Aspires to eventually lead the company’s website and brand design direction; Is ready to work directly with leadership to develop the company’s visual identity and online presence.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain, update, and improve the existing Webflow-based company website (including legacy components)
Develop and launch new pages: service landing pages, case studies, industry pages, and blog posts
Create and integrate new visual elements (headers, CTAs, menus, footers, animations, custom sections)
Design and build layouts for blog posts, illustrations, and visuals supporting marketing content
Collaborate closely with marketing team to implement written content and visual structure
Ensure responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly implementation of all pages
Continuously improve UI/UX across the website based on analytics and user feedback
Prepare and optimize assets for web (images, icons, illustrations, animations)
Maintain design consistency with the overall brand guidelines
Create lightweight illustrations and visual assets for marketing materials (case studies, social media, etc.)

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow development, including custom interactions, animations, CMS, and collections
At least 5 years of design experience with strong UI/UX skills, able to create designs from scratch or adapt existing layouts
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
Experience creating landing pages and marketing-oriented websites (conversion-oriented design)
Familiarity with SEO-friendly structure and best practices for on-page optimization
Proficiency in Figma
Basic understanding of HTML / CSS structure (for troubleshooting)
Experience working with copywriters and marketers to transform content into visually appealing layouts
Portfolio of completed Webflow websites and design projects
