Web and graphic designer

• Create design concepts, layouts, and components for company websites and products while following brand guidelines
• Support and enhance the usability of existing design components
• Develop visual structure, hierarchy, and rhythm to effectively guide user attention
• Prepare clickable prototypes for user interface interactions
• Design and format content for websites, social media, and other channels
• create illustrations, infographics, flowcharts, etc.
• Develop design concepts for merchandise, promotional campaigns, presentations, handouts, and other marketing collateral
• Design e-books, checklists, and brochures
• Support and expand the design system
• Basic skills in preparing pre-press files for printing

• At least one year of experience as a web designer, preferably in the IT industry
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your work (required)
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level and Russian at B2 level
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Unbounce, etc.)
• Knowledge of After Effects and/or Blender is a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail with deep product immersion and focus on user experience research (analyzing click maps, scroll behavior, interactions, etc.)
• Ability to design layouts for books, magazines, and e-books, plus experience developing design systems, illustrations, and presentation materials
• Creative and effective approach to solving design challenges
• Understanding of current design trends, methods, and technologies with enthusiasm for emerging developments
• Professional approach to critique and collaboration
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
