Job Description:

Are you a technical talent with an eye for detail? Join us as a Weaving Technician in our dynamic weaving mill in Ardooie! As a Weaving Technician, you will be responsible for the technical management of our Dornier and Picanol weaving looms. You will ensure a flawless production process and work with your team to maintain the quality and efficiency of our products. You will work during day shifts and become part of an innovative, growing family business that places great value on the development of its employees.

Job Responsibility:

Perform technical maintenance and adjustments on Dornier and Picanol weaving looms
Ensure a flawless production process and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to complete tasks efficiently
Adhere to safety and quality standards in the workplace
Contribute to a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Technical education or a strong affinity for technology, or relevant experience in a weaving mill
Attention to detail and accuracy
Punctual, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, or English
Quality, safety, and cleanliness are second nature to you
You are not colorblind
You work during day shifts (08:00 - 12:00, 12:30 - 16:30)
