Job Description:

The Wealth (Citi Private Bank) Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates a key pipeline for Citi's full-time program. The 10-week Summer program starts with intensive training to provide essential skills and knowledge, as well as a comprehensive orientation to Citi's culture. Participants gain exposure to different teams, complete a tailored project, and take part in various development opportunities. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as a passion for learning and commitment to growth, are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities
Gain broad understanding of the Wealth business, as well as operational intricacies of Citi
Work on a tailored project for an in-depth and immersive experience
Gain exposure to various teams such as Banker, Investment Solutions / Product, Investment Counselling, Strategy & Development, Lending, Family Office, Chief Investment Office (team assignment based on business requirements)

Requirements:

You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2026 - June 2027)
You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service
Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire/curiosity to learn, collaborative in team environments
Genuine interest in Wealth trends with a strong initiative to constantly learn and apply what they have acquired onto their work
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Analytical and quantitative skills
Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred, but not required)
Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
