Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Inspire guests for courses and various activities on and around the water
Prepare events at the water sports base and organise them with fun and professionalism
Actively involved in the further development of our event concept
Look after and advise guests on site
Ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests

Requirements:

Windsurfing or catamaran sailing instructor licence
Coastal boating licence
Enjoy contact and dealing with other people
Friendly and open tone of voice
Enjoy teaching and organising events on the water
Sense of responsibility
Professionalism
Organisational talent
