We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join us. The Warranty Administrator plays a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer and the manufacturer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Checking claims submitted by the sites
  • Submitting Warranty to the required manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assisting the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the Warranty payments
  • Dealing with rejected Warranty claims

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within the motor industry, whether it be in warranty or service
  • Experience using Kerridge
  • Organised
  • Efficient
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work within specified guidelines
