Job Description:

The Warehouseperson performs procedures or tasks in the Warehouse Operations department including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction and warehouse performance. The role requires adherence to quality standards and performing assigned tasks according to PDC or RDC safety and performance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Observe all safety rules including safe lifting techniques
Receive and stock inbound orders manually and with material handling equipment
Process inbound and outbound orders using RF technology
Verify inventory accuracy
Unload or load trailers
Monitor and report equipment damages
Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse areas
Train other associates
Process HazMat materials following regulatory requirements

Requirements:

0-3 years in warehousing, distribution environment preferably automotive
HS Diploma
Ability to perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping tasks
Ability to lift materials up to 65 pounds
Knowledge of RF technology
Understanding of organizational compliance topics
Ability to process HazMat materials following regulatory requirements

Nice to have:

Automotive distribution experience
