Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for an eager Warehouse/Stores Assistant to support the busy team at our branch in Glasgow. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. Job Responsibility:

  • Unloading stock from deliveries and shelving them correctly
  • Picking and counting stock for orders and preparing them for dispatch
  • Undertaking regular stock takes
  • Doing delivery runs in one of our vans, roughly 2-3 days per week

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license – essential
  • A good knowledge of the local area
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in a similar warehouse environment would be beneficial

Nice to have:

Experience with using a forklift is beneficial but not essential
