Job Responsibility

Utilize SAP and MS Office to generate performance reports and facilitate seamless communication during shift handovers
Lead and coach a unionized workforce by managing schedules, conducting startup meetings, and resolving employee concerns in line with collective agreements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse industry to optimize operational efficiency and labor management
