As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of Warehouse Associates (25-28) to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. You will be responsible for driving performance, delivering results, and meeting or exceeding defined goals. You will cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment. Associates will work in different temp zones including refrigerated (25 to 35°F) and freezer (-20°F).

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, continuously optimizing workflows to drive productivity and minimize bottlenecks
Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce waste, and ensure operations remain efficient, accurate, and aligned with team objectives
Collaborate with peers and leadership to implement improvements based on feedback, performance reviews, and observed inefficiencies, always striving for better results and greater accuracy
Requirements:
High school diplomas or GED required
additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations
Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day
Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently
Must be able to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse
Must be able to work in varying temperatures from very cool to very warm, including freezer (-20°F) and refrigerator (25-35°F) zones
Must be able to work exposed to outside weather conditions
