Warehouse picker / packer

• Perform accurate order picking and packing of medical and electrical devices based on customer requirements
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory, ensuring real-time data accuracy within the warehouse management system
• Handle shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing packages for delivery to hospitals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment as required to support the flow of goods
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including wearing steel-toe safety shoes at all times while on the floor
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor to support team goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot any discrepancies in orders or inventory levels

• Proficiency in using RF scanners for order picking and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail, specifically when handling sensitive medical devices and verifying part numbers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Good communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift as part of standard warehouse activities
• Strong organizational skills to keep track of shipments and inventory placement
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team unit

Forklift operation experience is considered a strong asset, though not mandatory

• Competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour
• A consistent Monday to Friday schedule (11:30 AM to 8:00 PM) with weekends off
